Privacy

This site collects nothing. There is no analytics, no database, and no server that sees what you type. Whatever you enter into any of Ready Reckoner's calculators never leaves your browser — every calculation happens on your device, using data already built into the page you're looking at.

What this site never does

• No analytics of any kind — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, not even a "privacy-friendly" one.
• No cookies, and nothing stored in your browser, except a single first-party record of your advertising-consent choice (see below) — nothing else, and no tracking identifiers.
• No fonts, scripts, or images loaded from anywhere except this site itself.
• No social sharing widgets, embedded maps, chat widgets, or comment sections.

How we're paid

This site collects nothing. We have no analytics, no database, and no server that sees what you type. Your property price, your buyer status and your postcode never leave your browser — the calculation happens on your device.

The site is paid for by advertising. Google's ad network is the one third party on this page, and it only sets cookies or processes personal data if you allow it. If you decline, you get non-personalised ads and we still get paid, just less. Nothing about what you calculated is ever shared with Google or anyone else — the ad slot has no access to the calculator.

To change your advertising-consent decision at any time, use "Manage ad preferences" at the bottom of any calculator or content page (the control isn't on this page itself, since this page doesn't load the advertising script).

What we can't fully control

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's edge network logs some request metadata (such as IP address and request path) for its own operational and security purposes, as most hosting providers do. That's outside this project's control, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

Check for yourself

We don't expect you to just take our word for it. What this site loadslists every network request this site actually makes, captured directly from a real browser loading it — not written by hand.
